A practical CV checker checklist
- Target: Can someone tell what role you want from the top third of the page?
- Proof: Does each recent role include what you improved, made, shipped, saved, grew, or learned?
- Specificity: Have you replaced empty adjectives with scope, tools, numbers, customers, or constraints?
- Relevance: Does the order of your experience support the role you are applying for, rather than simply replaying your work history?
- Readability: Can the important results be found without decoding dense paragraphs or five different bullet styles?
What this checklist cannot decide for you
No CV checker can invent experience, guarantee an interview, or know the exact preference of every employer. It can help you present the evidence you do have more honestly and clearly. If a number is unavailable, name the project scope, type of customer, decision you influenced, or before-and-after state instead of making one up.
